Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items with all original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our Dublin distribution center and drop it off at any An Post location or local courier.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 3 to 5 business days.
